This modern Cape Cod timber frame house is a self-catering beach house which accommodates 8-9 comfortably. The high beamed ceilings and large open plan space allows for natural light in the house. 

As you enter this home, relaxation takes over. This house absorbs you as you breathe out and unwind and enjoy the ambience. Upstairs has a spacious living area with an open plan kitchen, lounge, dining, and indoor braai area leading onto the deck. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. One room has a queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. 

Downstairs has a separate living area with a private lounge leading out onto the deck. The bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom. 

Situated in a quiet & quaint street, it is a mere 10-15 minute walk to the beach and village. Both the upstairs and downstairs deck have panoramic views of the majestic mountains. The upper veranda has some distant sea views.
