It has a spacious back garden which slopes down to a tranquil stream. Two bedrooms share a bathroom whilst the other is ensuite. The fourth bedroom has been set up to accommodate 4 kids. It also has a sleeper couch and its own outside shower and bathroom. It’s equipped with a smart TV, fuse ball table, games, toy box and dart board to keep the youngsters occupied for hours on end.

The lower level also has an open plan area consisting of a lounge, kitchen and dining room. The large well-equipped kitchen is a chefs dream with a Smeg stove and all the appliances you will need as well as crockery and cutlery for twenty people. The dining room seats 10-12 adults comfortably and opens out onto the Braai(BBQ) patio which has a long table with benches that can seat up to 20-22 guest. The comfortable lounge boasts a Mexican freestanding front-loading fireplace that warms up the entire open plan area. Glass doors open up onto a small patio overlooking the stream.
